Autoresponders – Your Own Money Making Cash Program

Autoresponders – Your Own Money Making Cash Program

Autoresponders are great for being follow up tools. Setting them up are easy and can hold a multitude of preset messages. Being the popular tool for Internet marketing, not many people realize their full potential. Here in this article we will look at a few tips to allow you to make extra money using autoresponders.

At this point, I think everyone knows that in order to receive subscribers, you need a sign up form on your website. Your website attracts visitors everyday, a lot of those visitors are returning. Using a sign up form, these visitors who are interested in getting updates to your website or blog, can sign up. Having a sign up form will allow your customer base to grow day by day.

Giveaways are another good way to get visitors to sign up to your website. You can give out free reports or ebooks in exchange for someone’s email address. This works even if you don’t have a website, by having people send blank emails to your autoresponder. The idea is to build a clients list and this is a great way to doing that.

Publishing an ezine is another method. Just load your autoresponder with a course that contains several parts. Your clients will receive your reports and material in sections. You can build a list this way and develop a relationship with your subscribers. Establishing a relationship with your list will start them to trust you. After which, you can send information and promoting products.

Autoresponders can be used as couriers. You can send out an email and ask the recipient to pass that email along to family and friends. Passing this email along will give you more subscribers. Starting out small in the beginning, your client list will grow in little to not time at all.

Autoresponders can be used for customer support. Your autoresponder can be loaded with response to frequently asked questions (f.a.q.). Your customer sends you an email with their question and the autoresponder is set up to answer. This gives your customer a quicker response with an answer to their problem.

Blog updates, autoresponders are handy for informing followers of your updates. Sending out a broadcast email will inform everyone on your list of any updates at the same time.

Using these methods for acquiring sign ups and updating subscribers, will give you a greater relationship with your list. This relationship will make it easier for making sales and promoting new product launches. Autoresponders will make your life a lot easier and after using one, you won’t do with out it. If you haven’t used an autoresponder, I beleive this is your time to give it a try.

Brand Building - 7 Ways To Do It On Social Media Sites

Brand Building - 7 Ways To Do It On Social Media Sites

Social Media Sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+ can be a great advantage to any size business. These sites make it easier to build a community of followers to promote your brand. Businesses can establish a dedicated customer base as well as attract new customers.

Using the following 7 Ways, you can build your brand on Social Media.

1. Online Presence Optimization

Simply, this means completing your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social profiles! So many of us start a page on social media sites and don't complete the profile. I, for one, am guilty of this one! Complete the profile and place keywords relating to your business, will get you noticed on social media.

2. Promote Your Pages

Once the profile is done, next, people must be able to find your social media page. It's important that they can find your Facebook and Twitter profile when they visit your website. Most find it easier to comment on social media than leaving any feedback on your main website. Share Buttons on your website makes this better for followers to give you that needed feedback.

3. Interaction With Fans or Followers

People love to engage in conversations with others, however, no one likes being ignored. If you are the type that doesn't reply to comments from others, then it doesn't do you any good to be on social media. Whether the feedback is positive or negative, you must interact with others. This shows concern on your part for any complaints, opinions or ideas coming from your customers.

4. Offer Incentives

Giving gifts and incentives can increase followers and attract new customers. Create a contest that offer something to the winners. Such as gifts, discount coupons or a free download. This is when being creative will have its advantages, anything to let your customers feel the benefit of following you.

5. Posting Quality and Exciting Content

Information you post or tweet, which includes articles, should reflect your brand and business. It's important to post about those things that are valuable to your followers.

6. Place Social Sharing Buttons

Putting social sharing buttons on post and articles allows your followers to share information about you. Sharing spreads the word about you, your business and your brand. Making it easier to share your content will give you a broader reach.

7. Random Surveys

This is a great method to get feedback from your followers. There are sites that offer survey design and distribution services, so it is very easy to upload a survey in no time. Allowing your followers to contribute to your business plan via social media, let's them feel like their apart of your business.

Ranking In The Search Engines Using These 10 SEO Tips

Ranking In The Search Engines Using These 10 SEO Tips

As a beginner, if you are venturing into the world of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), you are wondering "How To Get Ranked?"  Some might look into using a SEO service to help, not needed. SEO can be achieved with a little understanding. What's hard is the overwhelming amount of information involved.

However, just by following certain SEO methods, you can do this without a service. There are 10 SEO tips you can use to rank your website to the top of the search engines.

1) Blogging

Creating a blog and offering quality content is a good start. Just writing about something you know. Not only that, but posting at a regular frequency can get you noticed.

Free blogging platforms like blog.com, blogger, or Wordpress can make it economical to start a blog. Or, you can purchase a domain and web hosting, which cost a little more.

2) Content is King

Quality content will attract readers and other bloggers. Before long, you will get requests for link swaps, that will help in ranking and bring more traffic to your website. Fresh and unique writing, will draw the visitors in to start the process.

3) Keywords

Keywords and keyword phrases used in your titles and texts. Also, using keywords as excerpts, meta descriptions and meta tags. This is one of those situations where too much can be a bad thing. The  overuse of keywords in your post, known as keyword stuffing, can get it flagged as spam by Google. Using the right number of keywords in your post will go a long way.

4) SEO Plugins

The use of a plugin like "All in one SEO" will aid in making your pages and post friendlier to both readers and the search engines. SEO plugins can help in successfully optimizing your content and web pages.

5) Checking the Performance of your Site

Site performance, to insure quick loading. In the beginning, you might think of using a lot of plugins. Over use of plugins can actually slow the performance of your site. Whether if it's slow loading or sluggishness, it's important to keep plugin usage to a minimum. Avoid using big images, files like slide shows, flash and  gallery on the landing page. Minimal web designs are SEO friendly.

6) Social Media Sharing

Using share buttons connecting to Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and other social networking sites. Sharing to social networks can bring more traffic to your website.

7) Catchy Headlines

Make sure your headlines are relevant to your content. Example, don't use an over the top headline about "The Great White Whale's Revenge" and have your post content talk about banner ads. Unless, you can make a creative tie-in to your article. Catchy headlines are the hook that drags readers into your site.

8) Correct Spelling and Punctuation

Now, here's a problem I have. Using correct grammar, syntax and sentence structure in the writing of your articles. Your articles should make sense and have a good flow to them. Again, avoid writing content that has no relevance to your website theme.

9) Use images in your post

When using images, you should use name your image with a title tag. The image should complement your article as well as being relevant.

10) Guest posting

Find other sites that have a similar theme as yours. Contact the owners of these sites to see if they would accept guest posting for exchange of links. It helps to select sites with high page ranking, in order to bring your site up in the ranks.

You should ensure that your website is indexed by the search engines. SEO submission can be very effective in this task. Not only will your site be submitted to Google, but also, to Yahoo, Bing and etc.

These 10 tips will bring results as far as a higher rank of your site. Until next time "Happy Blogging and Happy Marketing!"

Writing Better Sales Headlines-The Big How To

Writing Better Sales Headlines-The Big How To

Here are some useful stats for you beginning bloggers. On average for every 10 people that visit your page, 8 will read the headline. Out of that, 2 of them will actually read the article. On these stats alone, it is important to create headlines that are attention grabbing, creative and just simple mind blowing. Changing a few words might increase that number from 2 to 3, roughly 10%.

Let's be realistic, there is no 100% guarantee that creating a headline will work. Unless you involve your creations to extensive testing. But, of course I'm going to give you 5 formats that have been proven to work in any niche, for anyone.

1) The "How To" Method

We as humans love information, starting your post with "How To" you are instantly telling the reader that you are giving value. This works best with tutorial type post. Something straight to the point with very little flash. Sites like "e-How" are created and modeled around the "How To" concept.

2) The List Method

People appreciate lists. Example: Top 10 countdown for any genre of music. A list clearly has a beginning and end, this allows the reader to gauge their time and effort. This method is truly done with the reader in mind. Changing the look of some of the numbers will make that point stick out for higher interest.

3) Relate your Headline to Current Events

This is the power of association and it's very powerful indeed. Just out of curiosity, some visitors will read through the article just to see how you make it relevant. Remember the movie "Fight Club"? Well, one writer at Copyblogger, wrote an article headlined "The First Rule of Copyblogger". He framed the article around the 8 rules of fight club, with a picture of Brad Pitt.

4) Play on Words

Creativity has a big role in coming up with a headline. Something like "The Beauty And The Blog" is kind of catchy. This tells the reader that this article will be humorous and entertaining. This particular blog post was really about the pros and cons of blog designing. The simple play on words in that headline draws you in.

Now don't forget that your article has to make a connection to the headline, while still getting your point across to the reader. Making creative headlines can be fun, but, you still have to get your idea through the article.

5) Have fun

Being creative can make the process of writing blog post fun, for us non-writers. I don't know about the rest of you, coming up with a fun relevant headline, is the most enjoyful part of blogging for me. However, I feel I still need work at it. Just for fun, how about you leave me a comment with potential titles for this post. What the heck, it might be fun.

Getting The Most From Facebook Ads (3 Simple Tips)

Getting The Most From Facebook Ads (3 Simple Tips)

Facebook, a break-through Social Media Platform, that many people use to keep in touch with friends and family. To a lot of businesses, Facebook has become an effective advertising platform. With the use of ads, businesses have the potential reach of over a billion users.

Facebook ads don't target keywords, like Google Adwords. Facebook ads take advantage of user profiles to target likes and interests. This leads to a more personal targeting of the user for any and all ad campaigns.

There are 3 simple tips to make the most of Facebook Ads.

1) Broader use of social context.

Using Facebook Fanpages, business ad campaigns are 2 - 3 times more effective within the Facebook platform. Advertising a Fanpage to get likes and present valuable content to users, makes prospects out of visitors.

Using Fanpages allows a longer term bond with potential customers. This brings out greater interaction from visitors, to gradually push them into becoming a reader, customer, volunteer or donor. Facebook ads are awesome in finding new fans for your site.

2) Using great images, avoiding logos

Facebook ads generally have more features than Google Adwords. You are able to use images with Facebook, to be a greater attention grabber. Creating attention allows the funneling users somewhere else. This brings more focus on the product being presented.

Logos are not exactly the best thing to use to grab attention. Day in and day out, we are overwhelmed with logos. After a while everyone become blind to them. However, if you use a striking piece of photography (picture) then you have the advantage of getting someones attention.

What type of images to use?

Simple, bold colors, great landscape, clear shapes, and close ups. If you use panoramics views, do it for the symbolic value rather than an aesthetic one.
An image alone won't get it, using text inside the image has greater pop to it. Even though this will cover up parts of the image, you will get your point across with greater effeciency.

3) Check Ads Daily and don't be afraid to Tweak them.

There is no point in running Facebook Ads if you're not willing to learn and adjust for maximum effect. Facebook analytically statistics are easy to understand and easy to use. Just setting up an ad and letting it run without checking it is just insane.

You are able to adjust any and every aspects of your ad. With statistics, you can figure out what and what is not working. Sometimes you might have to change the wording or even the targeting.

Daily checks on your ads is okay, however, make changes on a weekly basis. This allows a strong timeline to track ad performance. Also, when making adjustments, only change one or two things at a time.

I hope this gives you a helpful hand for your Facebook Ad campaigns. The only way your going to get this is to actually give it a try.

Until next time, Happy Marketing!

A Lighter Side To Pay Per Click Advertising

A Lighter Side To Pay Per Click Advertising

Pay Per Click Advertising has it's place to a successful online business. It is necessary to bring in prospects for products and/or services, and that method is through search engines. Pay per click allows for fast and controlled traffic for any online business. Google Adwords, and similar networks gives an online business access to search engines without waiting for a website to rank in the organic searches. Just like flipping a switch, instant traffic floods an online business website.

Now, making an appealing and content saturated website with pretty colors never bring in profits. The thing that make a website easy to find and available to buyers is search engine optimization (SEO). SEO can be done yourself, if you have the time, or by someone that specializes in SEO.

Search Engine Optimization isn't something that can be done overnight. This is a process, sort of like planting a seed and having to water it and clear the weeds from around it. The desired result is when that seed transforms into something that bears fruit. The point, it takes time. Anywhere from 2 months to over a year. Of course, we don't want to wait that long to see revenue from this website. So the other option is pay per click.

Pay per click (PPC) insures a quick listing in the search engines for the desired keywords. Advertising itself doesn't cost anything, the cost comes in when someone clicks on the ad. You can select the keywords and bid on them. The higher the bid, the greater the chance of being placed at the top of the ad listings.
More and more online marketers are using PPC. PPC is a perfect way to filtering traffic to a website and increasing conversions. You could hire a PPC management firm that offer a cheaper bidding rates. However, you run the risk of paying for short and common keywords. It is better to choose targeted buyer keywords to bring in hungry visitors.

With all things, you find people who want to cheat the process by bringing click fraud to the system. Affiliate search engine websites that implements search engine results onto their site use a way of making repeated clicks to gain revenue from paid listings. Also, strong competitors would make repeated clicks on sponsored listings to drive up the bid rates.

There are sites like ClickRisk.com and ClickDetective.net, that detect fraudulent clicks. Sites like KeyWordMax.com and ClickLab offer services like return on investment (ROI) tracking and website analytics.

Google is allowing advertisers to blacklist IP addresses of suspected fraudulent clickers. Google is also offering an online resource center that will educate advertisers how to battle the issue of click fraud.

With all that in mind, PPC is still the way to go to get quick and targeted traffic to your offers. There are no guarantees for success, but, with tweaking and experimentation of your keyword research you should see some positive results.

What A Beginner Should Know About Pay Per Click

What A Beginner Should Know About Pay Per Click

Let's ask a very important question: Should you Pay Per Click?
Among seasoned internet marketers, pay per click is known as PPC, therefore we will refer to it as that. If you have had any dealings with PPC, then you know how expensive it can get. Not only expensive, but also unproductive.

You spend time on the keyword research just to see your budget go up in smoke, with no sales. You were lead to believe that massive traffic will result in massive sales. Welcome to the big myth!

Traffic is good, however, traffic that isn't targeted is a waste. Traffic will boost your search engine ranking. This increase is good for word of mouth advertising. And, it's true that traffic will give you more traffic. However, when you are paying for every click, then you need to target the buying keywords. Instead of having a huge list of keywords that will give you lots of traffic, your focus should be on a small list of keywords. This list is the keywords used specificlly for buying.

Google was hit with a class action suit for not doing enough to prevent click fraud. What do you want to bet that alot of that was because people just didn't know enough about keyword research to prevent it. By the way, click fraud is when someone publishes Google Adsense ads to their site and they click on these ads with no intention of purchasing the advertised product. Like I said, more on the one doing the suing than the one being sued.

Getting back to the subject at hand, this was mostly a case of poorly chosen keywords. PPC sites do have instructions on how to chose and bid on keywords and keyword phrases. It's sort of self explanatory.

Going after the most popular keywords will result in your ad showing up in hundreds, or even thousands of searches an hour. This will result in thousands of clicks a day. Most of which, won't give you any sales.

Here's a cute little example, say that you are selling piggy banks and you bid on the keyword 'bank'. What you will end up getting is people looking for online banking, certain businesses with bank in the name and etc.  In any case, these people aren't looking for what you're selling.

There is work in keyword research. There is no online tool that can tell you what these keywords are. It's gonna take a little brain power. It's gonna require you to chose your keywords wisely. As in the above example, there should be a bid on 'piggy banks'. If they are ceramic then it should be 'ceramic piggy banks'. This will put your ad in front of the ones who are looking to buy ceramic piggy banks.

Less traffic? Yes. More sales? That can be a strong maybe, depending on the product, how easy is your site to navigate, prices and on and on and so forth.
With PPC you must go after the targeted buying traffic. Tire kickers can cost you money. Reserve the popular keywords to the free traffic sources, like SEO and article directories.

I hope this little bit of information has helped someone. Until next time, see ya!

Using Google Adwords By Affiliate Marketers Is Unproductive

Using Google Adwords By Affiliate Marketers Is Unproductive

In the beginning, we affiliate marketers were told to use Google Adwords to get traffic. Numerous ebooks and programs are available on using Google Adwords. It's regarded as the Holy Grail of paid traffic. You also remembered how expensive Adwords got, with little or no results. Running those campaigns, you quickly figured, how hard Google Adwords truely was.

Basiclly, Pay per click advertising works well for business that can count on repeat business. Affiliate marketers, especially newbies, can't look forward to that. The sales that we get, we can only hope will cover the advertising cost. Of course with something left over. Businesses know that each customer will purchase a certain number of times. With this in mind, businesses will bid higher than affiliate marketers to reach those customers. Spending more on bids, they can usually rely on making it up on the back-end. Example: a business can look for each customer to make a minimum of four purchases. They won't make a profit on the first and second purchase, however, they still will make profit on the third and fourth.

Finally, affiliate have a difficult time because conversion rates for a pay per click campaign is less than 1%. Having such low conversion rates means "no profit". Keep in mind that the bidding on keywords are so high.  Let's face it, an affiliate marketer using Google Adwords for PPC advertising is equal to a man ice skating uphill. Impossible, maybe not, but extremely difficult  none the less.
